The teaching staff consists of research and teaching staff of the Faculty of UG Start for PhD of Gdańsk, special guests from other universities and practitioners with experience in conducting training courses in the field of studies. The core of the staff consists of scientists with professors’ and Ph.D.’ titles in the field of social sciences, in the disciplines of: psychology, sociology, education and the political science, with extensive substantive knowledge, documented by international scientific publications, as well as experience in obtaining funds for scientific research, confirmed by obtained scientific grants on both national and international levels . In addition, they are people with very extensive experience in caring for Ph. D. students, having both key competences for the didactic process, as well as extensive professional experience, embedded in practice, which allows for up-to-date and complementary setting of the formulated research problems in the perspective of social sciences.
